I've had it for almost a week now, and can definitely see a change in my skin. Especially with the winter months upon us. I'm excited to see over time, what my skin will look and feel like.
I ordered the scented version of the Tallow cream by mistake (my fault for not reading the options) and I found it way too fragrant for me (very scent sensitive). I reached out to ask for a refund with apologies... Annie offered great customer service by offering to refund but also send me an unscented version to try. I have yet to try it out but I am looking forward to seeing how it works for me. If it is great I will be a long term loyal customer and share the experience with others. I too am a small business owner and can appreciate the level of customer service here. The packaging and personalized note was a lovely touch as well.

I love the tallow balm. You don't need to use very much . I really like how my neck feels, the skin is so soft and seems tighter already after using it for a few days
